Little Movers Program

Our Little Movers Program is a fun and engaging program designed to support children’s physical development while building confidence, resilience and important social skills. Through movement, games and sports-based activities, children develop their gross motor skills, coordination, communication, turn-taking, teamwork, emotional regulation, memory and problem-solving skills.
Led by one of our dedicated educators, Little Movers encourages children to get active, have fun and build confidence in a supportive group environment.
Little Groovers Program
Our Little Groovers Program is a fun and interactive experience that introduces children to the wonderful world of music. Children have the opportunity to explore and learn about a variety of musical instruments, discovering how they work and the different sounds they can create.

Through singing, dancing, rhythm and movement, children are encouraged to express themselves, build confidence and develop their listening, communication and coordination skills. Our dedicated educator creates a joyful and engaging environment where children can make music, get moving and most importantly, have fun!
Body Safety Program
Our Body Safety Program is designed to help children develop an understanding of their bodies, personal spaces and respectful relationships in an age-appropriate and engaging way.

Led by our Educational Leader Heather, the program visits each room and uses carefully selected, age-appropriate books, conversations and activities to help children learn about their “body bubble”, personal boundaries and respecting the space of bodies of others.

Children are encouraged to understand that their body belongs to them, that it is ok to say “no” when something makes them uncomfortable, and that we all have a responsibility to respect our friends’ boundaries. Through these simple, everyday conversations, we help children build confidence, body awareness and the skills to develop safe and respectful relationships.
