Rosella Room

As Educators of the Rosella Room our programme nurtures the child in a holistic approach, nurturing the mind, body and soul.

We in compress all areas of the child’s learning abilities. Focusing on the child’s emotional and social abilities to build strong foundations so that they have the ability to adapt to different situations to the world around.

Our learning areas are based on the child’s interest and what information families provide us such as up and coming events from holidays to pregnancy to hospital visits.

In out meeting times we read or show factual books on certain topics of interests. This gives the child the opportunity to gain information on what might happen and provides opportunity for the child to voice their concerns and opinions.

We have permanent areas within the room, these areas change equipment according to the children’s interests and ideas. As educators we introduce and chaleging with learning areas that cause wonder awareness and questions about their world around them.
