· We believe in supporting families in the task of providing a strong foundation for their child’s future development and creating a team environment for staff and families which encourages family involvement and working together to create the best possible care experience for each child.
· We value and respect the pivotal role of experienced staff in delivering high quality care and upholding the trust placed upon the centre by families. We also recognise the importance of their continued development and training.
· We provide information and support to parents to assist them in their role as the first teacher and main influence in their child’s life.
· We recognise the importance of good governance in the setting of goals and the systematic evaluation and review of everyday practice to ensure and maintain high quality care.
· We believe that our wider community is an integral part of our centre and that we all benefit from community participation through the estabishment of friendship and support.
